How we handle your information

This policy applies to Electi Financial Solutions, a credit repair company based in Houston, Texas. You can reach us at the email address listed in our contact section.

When you fill out the evaluation form we collect: full name, email, phone, current address, city and state, approximate credit score range, financial goal, desired timeline, negative items you believe are on your report, and optional messages you send us. At the end of the form you may send us, if you want to, a photo of your ID and one of your Social Security card; both are optional and the form goes through without them. We also automatically capture: your IP address, browser language, referring page, and UTM parameters if you arrived via a campaign.

Only to evaluate your case and contact you about our credit repair services. We share your information with Credit Repair Cloud (our dispute management software provider) and with Nelson Rodríguez de Sousa Realtor (our real estate partner, in case your goal is to buy a home). We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

We keep your data while you are an active client and for up to 7 years after closing your case, in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) requirements. You can request deletion before that period if you stop being a client. Photos of your ID and Social Security card are the exception: they are deleted automatically 90 days after we receive them, without you having to ask.

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) you have the right to dispute incorrect information on your credit report on your own and at no cost, directly with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. You also have the right to: request a copy of the data we have about you, request correction of any errors, request deletion, and object to the use of your data for marketing.

We use essential cookies for the site to function (session, language preferences) and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable them from your browser settings at any time.

We use HTTPS throughout the site, encrypt credentials, and limit access to your data to authorized personnel. Photos of your ID and Social Security card are stored encrypted: anyone reaching the files without the key does not get an image. They are opened only from our internal system, with an active session, and we log who viewed them and when. Even so, no system is foolproof and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

If we update this policy we will publish the new version on this same page with the modification date. For significant changes we will also notify you by email.
